Humans and AI agents are co-evolving. How do we make the partnership work?

In less than a year, agents have moved from experiments to teammates: making decisions, coordinating work, and operating at scale. Every knowledge worker is becoming a manager of AI.

The real design challenge now is the human+AI agent partnership.

The greatest opportunities and risks lie between human judgment and agent autonomy. Every delegation is a judgment call. Every workflow defines a relationship. Progress depends on knowing when to trust an agent, when to intervene, and when to let it act.

The other side of the question is what this asks of humans.

Agents will not only change the work. They will change what people need to be good at. Judgment, agency, relationships, and the ability to coordinate across people and machines become more—not less—important. The goal is not a collection of individually augmented people. It is a team, organization, system, community, or nation that becomes more capable as a whole.

A room built for collective intelligence.

This is a highly participatory symposium for people already navigating the human questions raised by AI agents.

The day moves through working conversations, demonstrations, and small-group synthesis. Participants bring what they are seeing, test it against other perspectives, and identify what deserves action.

The value is in collective sensemaking.

In a field moving too quickly for any one perspective, participants can see emerging patterns, tensions, and opportunities earlier and more clearly together. The strongest insights, disagreements, and priorities from the room will be captured and shared after the symposium.

2025 + 2026 Participants

Leaders from Google, MIT, Stanford, Salesforce, Broadcom, and Siri joined researchers, builders, investors, and operators shaping how AI enters human life and work.

“The most insight-packed set of conversations of the year on our communal challenges in shaping the human/AI/agent moment and future.”
Lewis Shepherd · Federal CTO, Broadcom · 2026 participant

The people shaping whatAI agents do next.

The symposium brings together 200 people working on AI agents from very different angles. They bring firsthand experience, decisions they are making now, and questions no field can answer alone.

Be in the Room.

We are choosing the room as carefully as the agenda.

The people invited are building, deploying, studying, funding, or governing AI agents—and bringing real decisions and open questions with them.

If we sent you this page, we hope you’ll join us. If it reached you another way and you are doing this work, please request consideration.

Invitations are personal and non-transferable.
